  1. Wow your building has really taken form since your last post – it’s looking very interesting and seems to be comfortable on site - although it will be good to get a feel for the neighbouring buildings in terms of mass/form/height surrounding your site –
    1. What is your building size? Length/Width/Height ? and what are the dimensions of your rooms? Its good practice to include dimensions on your drawings or at least a scale bar – at this stage your rooms are not detailed and it’s difficult to get a feel for space -
    2. The theatre footprint seems quite large to me, what is the seating capacity?
    3. The 'Art Studio' on the 2nd floor and the 'Storage' room on the 3rd floor are very awkward spaces and become unusable 'dead spaces' due to the rooms narrowing to a point – Will the ‘Storage’ room be used for theatre props etc?? If so your storage room is too small as they require quite a bit of space and it’s in a wrong location - ideally storage rooms/changing areas/workshops etc are located floor level to the main stage at the side wings and or at the back invisible to the public – it’s not practical otherwise –
    4. In your section the people sitting at the front row can’t see anything other than the stage box..
    5. Where is your staircases located?
    6. What will be going on outside? Landscaping/public square/car parking/bus etc..
    7. You haven’t shown any structural columns on your floor plan either -
You really need to detail your floor plans and think about the journey/circulation route properly prior to moving forward but you are making good progress, keep going -
